Well since im now going to Boot Camp for the US Navy I say goodbye to people I do not know and who do not know me. I now leave you all with this. 8 weeks until I get through the training, after which I get to go to school for a year and a half for submarine electronics and computers. Hopefully I will be able to get through training without any problems. (User was banned for this post ("You just don't learn do you" - Orkel))
Good luck. I hope it goes well.
Good luck man I hope it turns out good for you
If you die in a sub, I'll be sure to tell Alex.
My dad was a Navy Guy. Wishes you luck. Side note: He was on the USS Skipjack. A Nuclear Submarine used for chasing Soviet Battleships.
Are you only on a sub/ship (at sea) while deployed or what
My friend ships out for the Army tomorrow, I wish you the best of luck. I wont see him for 14 Weeks :(

RIP
Good luck. I will be joining the Marines in a little less than a year, so I too will have to endure boot camp
There are sea duty tours, where you'd be on your deploying platform, and shore tours, where you'd be doing something else. Most of the time when your not on deployment, your doing something pertaining to your job in port.
Well that's good. I never hear about Navy bases and shit so I assumed. Being at Sea for your entire enlistment would be Hell. You'll enjoy your time in the Navy, it's a great branch to be a part of.
Good luck.

Good luck and thanks for your service
Good luck out there sailor.
What does the US even use subs for anyways nowadays
What does the US even use subs for anyways nowadays
Orgies. What do you think? To be undetectable and to sink larger ships. Also, Missile Submarines can be stationed outside countries in case they want some war. OP, be careful in the Navy, when you are out at sea with thousands of other men for months, some may feel lonesome. So here's some good advice- -Never drop the soap -Never eat anything that could make you sit with your butt exposed for a long amount of time -Never urinate standing up. That's just asking for rape. -Place duct tape over your anus. That should stop all back door rapes. Have fun out there, son! Just not too much fun. You were raised Christian, after all...
fuck going on a submarine. but good luck none the less.
Godspeed, you are a better man then most.
Good luck in boot camp. Serve us well.
Just don't lock yourself in a bathroom with an M14.
Good luck! +Respect
