Ill start at the beginning. About 2 weeks ago I got pulled over on the way to my friends to smoke a blunt "by a bike cop" I had a scale and a gram in my coat pocket and got pulled over for bad tags, When he came back to my truck he asked my if I had anything on me I said no, the cop said "I only give people 2 chances to tell me the truth" and that he smelled bud leaking out of my truck. I told him what I had he told me to step out of the car and put my hands behind my back then he lead me to the back of my truck and put the tail gate down and told me to sit there while he called in a Suv he asked me a few questions and took my stuff then let me go, with a court date set for Tuesday but all the paper says is bad tags and insurance and I fixed both of those so am in the clear or all they gunna call come bullshit up on me about the weed? Ive never been caught up with cops before this so I need some help.
if it's not on the paper they may pull that bullshit about the weed in court
He just confiscated the weed and paraphernalia. He essentially took it as "found property" and probably smoked it himself. If the tickets you got were for just your tags, you are in the clear.
He said i might never hear about it and it was a whole different investigation, god knows what that means. But out of all my friends Who have ever been caught with weed in Az i'm the only one to walk out of handcuffs.
you may have ran across a nice cop
The court is probably just gonna make sure you got your shit fixed, and probably a fine to go along with it. It's a whole different case with the weed, and the cop probably didn't want to do any paperwork with the weed. If they happen to bring it up, just say, "I thought I was here for expired tags"
Okay, Thanks a lot guys, I guess i'll tell you how it goes, if i don't post here in 5 days, never trust a cop again. :P
Well i left the court with a 120 fine, then me and my grandfather went out to eat and our car wouldn't start but there just so happens to be 2 cops having lunch at the same place so my grandfather asked him to jump our car. What are the chances.
