GOP posts series of articles on website declaring Pence the winner of the VP debate - before it airs
Clearly, everybody in America who doesn’t have something better to do will surely be on the edge of their seat.
Everybody except for the Grand Ol’ Party, at least, which was so confident in Pence winning the debate that it went ahead and published a bunch of stories on the official GOP website earlier today about how good he did and how bad Tim Kaine was—even though the debate itself wouldn’t actually happen for about 90 minutes.
This election is a joke.
The GOP is a dangerous joke

To be fair he IS destroying Kaine right now, but who knows, that might change.

the GOP is the punchline for its own joke
it's like they don't even bother to hide how manipulative they are
To be fair he IS destroying Kaine right now, but who knows, that might change.
How is he "destroying" him?
What are they gonna do? Say they lost on their own blog? lol
What are they gonna do? Say they lost on their own site? lol
they could at least wait until the debate is over until they make any statements about the outcome

It feels like this was more of a rough draft guideline type thing, considering how badly written it is. Obviously no matter what happens, both sides are going to claim the victory on their own sites, so I just don't see this as much of an outrage.
nobody is questioning the fact they have to declare themselves the winner, or at least they shouldn't be because yeah that's obvious. it's just funny they accidentally did it BEFORE it happened.
yeah it is pretty funny though

Picking between the two is like choosing where the furniture goes on the Titanic

It's really not, to be honest. You don't have to like Clinton - hell, I don't like her nearly as much as I liked Sanders - but you'd be a fool if you tried to deny that she is exponentially more qualified than Trump. A Clinton presidency would, at its worst, be mediocre. A Trump presidency would be a fucking disaster. Trump is not a politician. He doesn't have the experience, qualifications, or temperament to run a country. It's not picking between two awful things, it's picking between an arguably mediocre thing and a horrible awful thing.
pence did win the debate though
this election is staged! /s
Tons of speculation on how this mishap could happen, but if I were to guess it was probably filler text that a writer wanted to edit over so he could see the formatting on the actual site instead of through the control panel.
Anyone would have been able to check the date, so I don't think this was intentional and the writing length and style is rather poor. From my experience in old wordpress there were times where it was easier to write by editing the html in Page Source than to use their control panel.
Pence absolutely won tonight.

Shit. You don't want that guy anywhere near a government office. Trust me, I live in Indiana and I've seen what he does while in power.

Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
it'll be a cold day in hell before those two should be allowed anywhere near the white house.
it'll be a cold day in hell before those two should be allowed anywhere near the white house.
The closest they'll be is trump's new hotel 5 blocks from it.
Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
Wow, you still think Trump's going to win. That's... pretty sad. Even as a Sanders supporter I saw the writing on the wall as soon as the superdelegates sided with Hillary, before the primaries even began, but I suppose delusion is a part of the Trump religion. Enjoy it while it lasts, I guess.

Well it's cold in November, and the fact that people actually want to vote for Trump makse it a very really possibility that we're all dead, and this is the cruel punishment of a wrathful god.
Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
Sometimes I miss the funny rating
I don't like Pence or Kaine, but Pence killed it.
Enjoy your new governor then, Pence is going to the White House
We get a new governor regardless of if he wins or loses, he can't run for two offices at the same time as Indiana law forbids it. The nominees have even already been announced. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Indiana_gubernatorial_election,_2016
I look forward to him losing so I don't have to listen to his bullshit either on local or national television.

No, they're both truly horribly awful. One's a career politician that will do everything in her power to assfuck half the constitution, the other's a psychotic lunatic that will probably end up finding out first-hand how MAD works.
I don't want either of them. I don't think either of them are qualified to lead.

Trump supporters are the new Sanders supporters lol

Care to elaborate?
Trump supporters are the new Sanders supporters lol
At the same time many are the old Sanders supporters.

Career politician, yes... she's not going to assfuck half the constitution.
