Emmy-Award winning actor Bryan Cranston, who plays Walter White in the Albuquerque, N.M.-based TV show "Breaking Bad," announced Tuesday that he'll participate in a celebrity softball game scheduled later this month at an Albuquerque park. Cranston says he expects his celebrity team to "get slaughtered." His team is set to face members of the Wounded Warrior Amputee Softball Team on May 19. The lineup isn't set yet, but Cranston says Lou Diamond Phillips has agreed to join the team. Phillips is shooting the A&E drama "Longmire" in Santa Fe, N.M. Cranston says he decided to participate in the game to show support for returning veterans.
Source I would love to be a part of this, playing softball with servicemen and women injured in the line of duty.

Uh, no? Because they're probably 100x better at softball than I am. [editline]10th May 2012[/editline] What's wrong with wanting to make wounded servicemen still feel normal?
So Cranston is a cool guy? Can't say I'm surprised. Good for him and the Vets.

wounded warriors are pretty determined people REAL AMERICAN HEROES
He's one of my favorite actors, though I can never forget him as Hal in Malcolm in the Middle. First time watching Breaking Bad, it was like seeing Hal make meth.
The show is set to return in July isn't it?

His potential was really limited in Malcom in the Middle, Breaking Bad is where he really showed how amazing an actor he is.
His potential was really limited in Malcom in the Middle, Breaking Bad is where he really showed how amazing an actor he is.
I'd say there were more extreme situations in Breaking bad that showed his skill and emotion as an actor alright, but there were also some great moments for him in Malcom. I love when he flips out it's hilarious.
