I thought it was pretty cool, and nicely done!
It sounds so fucking good.
thats pretty cool
that is fucking impressove
Just imagine if music like that was actually around back in the 18th-19th centuries, with 80's jams tinkling out of barrel pianos and piping out of street organs. That'd be some Mozart in Mirrorshades stuff right there.
It sounds like a midi version
I really hope he makes this into a series. Pipe Organ covers of songs sound spectacular.

I want to see the reactions of people back then to our modern classics so bad.
I wish we had time travel
All this needs is a 5.25 drive somewhere
1:40 and 1:42 that's such organ player tricks. fuckin organ players man
The sound honestly reminds me of all the old tunes from 2007 Runescape... I'm gonna go set up a playlist now.
Amazing on so many levels
I like how you can see the atonal bursts of notes acting as the drums. Really nice arrangement!

Funny thing is, those punch-card are basically what MIDI is today, note pitch and note length data, just for an analog machine. Very similar to the Piano Roll in an audio workstation program (these paper rolls are where the Piano Roll gets its name)

I was initially gonna say that street organs and barrel pianos were essentially steampunk MIDI players, for all intents and purposes.
