"Micropenis"
How he never found out is the real question. I imagine they went to the doctors office quite a few times before this.
I'm pretty sure the inverse was the subject of a House episode...
sounds like some sort of stupid soap opera plot twist.
'doctor give me the details, don't sugar coat it'
'I don't know how to tell you this sir, or should I say, MA'AM'
This sounds like the synopsis of a bad sitcom.
he had no balls and thought he was a man?

"Yes sir this is a normal checkup, we check for all of your normal diseases: cold, black death, UGLY, oh and we're gonna double check to make sure you're actually a man."

Saw it a couple days ago, genius.
Guy couldn't process testosterone or something so he had only oestrogen.
How she never found out is the real question.
I don't mean to be starting one of those arguments, but the person in question is a he, not a she.
The Vietnam-born Chinese patient decided to continue "perceiving himself as having a male gender with the possible need of testosterone replacement," according to the journal.

The 1.37 metre-tall patient, who grew up as an orphan, was found to have no testes, a history of urinary leakage since childhood, and stopped growing after puberty at the age of 10.
You'd think he would have noticed sooner.
My only question is...
"Forum Question: Why is the Title Formatted Like This?" Why is the title formatted like this?
So, I'm guessing this dude was also a virgin. Otherwise that would be some awkward as hell sex.

Perhaps a doctor visit or something should have been done sooner.

HE didn't develop past 10 years old, so secondary sex characteristics wouldn't be developed enough for that.

projecting
-snip off-
The patient had turners syndrome. His chromosomes are 45,X. If you think about it, he isn't really technically a women either because normal women have XX sex chromosomes.
Still is very interesting that doctors didn't notice this fact as soon as the person was born. Most doctors would generally notice this sort of thing beforehand.
