After 3 years of sitting on my arse playing games i decided to get back into football(soccer). First 5 a side game I was completely knackered. That evening I went home and after a while of being on my computer I went to get up and turn around.
It felt like something in my ankle had ripped, and since then I've have a sore
Pain, kind of stiff, if I try to jog its unbearable, if I try move off to quickly it feels like its
Tearing again.
Pain is located just underneath that ankle
Bone that sticks out. Been told it could
Be ligament, how could I treat it? I really want to play but need to sort it.
Work doesn't help, i work on my
Feet and long shifts aggravate it
Thanks
Your best bet is to go back to your old days of sitting on your ass and playing video games until it's healed. Next time you play sports or do something physically demanding, ease yourself into it, coming from 3 years of being sedentary as fuck and suddenly running around like crazy is likely to put a huge strain on your body. So next time go easy and gradually ease yourself into things to not explode your ankle again.
unfuck it

aka youll have to rest it or risk it getting worse
Go see a physio, rest it, and then start rehab. None of us are going to magically fix your ankle over the internet.

sorry man it was my anger of my own injuries coming out. i also have an ankle injury... and a wrist injury, and they both still slightly affect me to this day. hopefully your ankle heals up nicely.
wait what the fuck is going on, I was just joking, what happened to the WtF I know
Unfuck it
I had my ankle reconstructed... it took 3years for it to get back into working order.
As suggested above, ease yourself into it.
Also, physio is a good option.
