These videos always tickle me a bit, but despite whatever they were doing wrong, I don't agree with vandalizing someone's car. Mr. Stopadouchebag says "It is my civic stance - go learn the laws." I'd imagine that plastering large stickers obstructing someone's field of view isn't exactly protected within Russian law.

Even Putin expressed his support at one point. I think they're safe when it comes to that.

They cut the sticker prior to releasing it from the film, meaning it comes off in portions, and that's not always easy to do without a razor. I'm not defending the actions of bad drivers, I just don't think this is the best way to go about changing their behavior.
And it is vandalism, defacing property that isn't yours is considered vandalism:
Vandalism is the willful destruction or damaging of property in a manner that defaces, mars, or otherwise adds a physical blemish that diminishes the property's value. For example, if you put bumper stickers on a person's car, or spray-paint your name on someone's fence, this is vandalism.
"Its a water-soluble adhesive so they cant get in any legal trouble for potentially damaging the vehicle. In one of the episodes an exasperated Russian cop explains it to one of the offenders who is throwing a fit."
I particularly enjoy the guy at 1:23 pretending to be on his phone, despite the screen facing the camera

It's water soluble, just drop water behind it and it comes off, I've had these kind of stickers placed on my car before and that's all you need to do. Even the non-water soluble ones come off easily with any solvent without leaving any lasting damage.
Placing a sticker on a car that is parked illegally is also not a criminal offense as it is not done with malicious intent nor should it cause any damage to the car, it is no different from the police doing it. As they're not police, though, obviously the sticker doesn't come with a fine. Considering that they do record everything they do and that they definitely show that the sticker only comes from noncompliance it is also unlikely a civil court will find them liable for damages.
I have Drumfinator Extreme (which also turn Kayne into Douschebag) installed so I came into this thinking it had something to do with Kayne West.
I love what they do here, and I've binge watched some of their videos, but it boils my blood with how egocentric and selfish people are.
