Awesome video though, as always.

It seems weak until you realize how fast it melted the can and how it messed up the pot he put it in.

Then it seems weaker when you realize that proper thermite can melt through a block of steel.
thats one increadibly stupid way to light thermite, i mean if the ball had done it he'd have lost his hand and even then the magnesium only just lit right before it ignited the thermite

thermite is just 2 oxides, there's really no way to make it more proper, just having the correct stoicheometry is the only way to make it proper, also he used an aluminum can and an iron bowl, those guys that melt steel usually use a clay pot because the pot can actually channel the stream of molten metal
for a moment i thought it was gonna be rip rhnb

Looked like regular old themite, the ratio is so simple (just 2 things) that it's hard to mess up.
I don't know if you saw but there was sand at the bottom of the container so that the thermite wouldn't burn through and splash everywhere.
It'd still blow out the top more though. I don't know, it's just how i feel about it, you don't have to get up in arms about it, it doesn't really matter in the end.
Video was still cool as hell as they always are.

And that sand got turned into asphalt basically
Thermite is freaking scary stuff.
