Ok so I have a thief in my neighbourhood in the last year he/she has stolen 3 scooters and a bike and another scooter got stolen today i need to know how to catch the thief we tried calling the cops they didn't really do anything about it and they like to steal from our house mostly could anyone have any suggestions?
