• Good screen-cap software?

Hey guys. I've been looking to record my digital paintings in video form, not only to give others an idea of my workflow and such, but also so that I can go back and watch these videos and give myself some indication of how I could increase my speed and technique. What're some good programs? I don't need every single frame recorded - one frame every few seconds would be enough. Half-resolution would also be fine; disk space is like gold in these here parts. Thanks, CC.
HyperCam maybe?
cam studio. its free. no watermark. dont mix up with camisa studio.
Use Camtasia Studio/Cam Studio and set the framerate to 1 or 2 fps.

Thanks chaps
