Hillary Clinton hasn't said if she's running in 2016 yet, but the Clinton News Network is giving her
Hillary Clinton has the early edge in a key battleground state, should she choose to run for president in 2016.
The Quinnipiac University poll showed Clinton would defeat Rubio by 11 percentage points, 48% to 37%, if the election were held today and would beat Paul by four percentage points, 46% to 42%. She was helped by her strong support among women.
Good job, CNN
erm whats the issue? they're reporting on the results of a university poll that analyzed public opinion of Hillary Clinton vs Marco Rubio and Rand Paul
Yeah, because no one's opinions will change in the next 4 years.
erm whats the issue? they're reporting on the results of a university poll that analyzed public opinion of Hillary Clinton vs Marco Rubio and Rand Paul
god it's just hit me that people will actually vote for Rand Paul
scary

CNN is pretty much claiming that the state will certainly go to Clinton should she run in 2016 based only on a university poll.

uhh no they aren't, they're claiming that iowa voters responding to a university poll would choose clinton over rubio/paul. the most they give her is "an early edge" which is hardly "CLINTON GUARUNTEED IOWA VICTORY IN FOUR YEARS"
chill out
More than two years to go and they're already talking about the next federal election? Geez.

The title of the article on this page is, "Hillary Clinton Gets Iowa's Vote"
http://www.cnn.com/POLITICS/
And the title of this article on the article page is, "Iowa voters say yes to Hillary Clinton".
Not to mention these threads:

It is a shitty title. but the article does not make the claim of certainty. Sensationalist Headlines happen all the time really.
god it's just hit me that people will actually vote for Rand Paul
scary
More like, scary Hillary is even considering running again. Should go back to being the Crypt Keeper instead.
More like, scary Hillary is even considering running again. Should go back to being the Crypt Keeper instead.
i think Rand Paul is more horrifying than the Crypt Keeper could ever hope to become
If Hillary and Rand are the ones it comes down to I won't be looking forward at the next 4-8 years.

okay? it seems like a fitting title being that its an article about iowa voters saying they would vote for hillary clinton??
[editline]24th May 2013[/editline]
i will not be satisfied until CNN changes the title of the article to "1,406 Iowa voters participating in a university poll by telephone said they would vote for Hillary Clinton rather than Marco Rubio or Rand Paul"
Why do people dislike Hillary?
Rand has some blatant issues, like his desire to repeal the civil rights act, but what's Hillary's issue? Is it because she came after your vidya one time?
Everyone knows Hillary was really running the show when Bill was president.
Even the Animaniacs:
Dot:
Now in Washington, DC...
Wakko:
There's Democrats and the GOP...
Yakko:
But the one in charge is plain to see...
Dot:
It's Clinton, first name Hillary!
Meanwhile, as Hilary Clinton hasn't said anything about running is 2016, Faux news is still talking about Benghazi, and will be until they can ensure people talk about it during the election.
Clinton News Network writes article just about Hillary's reaction to Boston's bombing
She's the fucking secretary of state. I believe her views on a major case of domestic terrorism are quite relevant.
Hillary's pretty okay
Hillary's pretty okay
Nope. She's up there on the list of psychopaths.
Bill wasn't that bad and old Hilly actually helped him quite a bit during his presidency so I don't see why people have this impression that she'll be bad president.
I have not ever seen one reason not to respect her as a politician, ideology notwithstanding.
Nope. She's up there on the list of psychopaths.
what has she done besides say that videogames are bad? i can't really think of anything.
what has she done besides say that videogames are bad? i can't really think of anything.
One of the major supporters of the anti-flag burning movement*, continued support of the embargo against Cuba, and all around she has a bad habit of flip-flopping every other year regarding video games/internet in general.
*Word for word: One year in jail, with $100,000 in fines... For burning a piece of fabric.
The problem Hillary has, as this thread should make apparent, is a trust problem. Her charisma's nowhere near legendary, and when you're running for president, especially in a politically tense period like nowadays, that can be a pretty big problem. That doesn't make her unqualified, but qualifications are harder to compare than personalities, so it's a part of politics nonetheless.
I hope we get some morally and intellectually honest candidates for 2016.
Hillary also supported the Iraq war as a democrat, for no good fucking reason whatsoever, she is a police state supporter and probably has stronger anti-gun views than Obama ever has. She would be an awful candidate for President.
imagine if hillary took away the video games, and epic memes. what would have then, facepunch? what would we have then?

Each other.
she is a police state supporter
How is that?
How is that?
Sounds like typical complaints against anybody who is not this guy
