It's awful how we are losing regional Sterotypes in Britain. It's like they don't want people to hate each other any more.

It's all blending together in the future we will all sound the same. In lancashire everyone speaks a soft yorkshire-lancashire hybrid. Years ago you could tell where someone was from in less than a 20 mile radius or even narrow it down to a specific town just from how they spoke

I hope the "Southern" accent disappears, soon. It just sounds annoying in my opinion. I live in the South, but I talk like a normal person. A lot of people in my area do, too. (Near New Orleans.)

I hate the cockney accent, and this "jafaican" accent. Though as long as neither spread North, I don't really care.
