Can't get past Level 4. Doing pretty well in general, but every once in a while it throws one out I've never even heard of and I'm fucked.

I hate it when you get a city in a large country like Canada because it's basically a wild guess in the general area.
But whenever I get one in Ireland or the Dominican Republic I dominate.

The map was too small. With one small solid country(no border lines for states), it was hard to pinpoint Nevada and Pennsylvania.
