What exactly are dabs? And are they supposed to be healthier or something? I keep hearing about them

a dab means one hit pretty much. however, a dab consists of hash, commonly extracted with butane and called butane honey oil (BHO). It is much more potent than flowers.

Also I wish I could get my BHO recipe down, whenever I do it nothing comes out of my tube, all of my oil gets stuck somewhere and I have no clue where.
