I think I just got ripped off for some oregano, help me identify this shit. - General

So I needed a nickel sack for a simple joint to smoke today and I called an acquaintance of mine who went to school with me. He said he would bring by a sack and he did. The exchange was very relaxed since I knew the guy I didn't inspect the sack at all. Until I got in the house I smelled it and it had a minty smell to it not the usual skunky smell. I put a bit in my mouth and it was a refreshing taste, not the stale dry taste raw weed usually has. It seems to be very fine and ground up and I compared it to spices in my kitchen cabinet. So can you guys identify if this is weed or not, Also hes a strong black guy with a gun, what are some ways to enact my revenge for today's fiasco?
