Right now Virginia has a house bill in process It will reduce the severity of posession instead of being arrested and such it will only be a civil fine of 100$ also up to 5 plants is seen as personal use and follows same as posession. For more bill info

I live in VA and I know this won't happen. VA is a conservative, religious, shithole. Too much propaganda against it in schools and religious youth groups. I love VA for its woods and wildlife but the government is the stank.
