You guys should take some time out of your day to try this;
Go into google earth, and just look around. Turn on all the cool options and pictures and landmarks, and just look around. Simple as. It's fun, educational, and interesting.
For example, I was looking for islands in the pacific, when I came across Midway. Did you know it was abandoned? No? Neither did I. 4 People lived on it for 10 years until the last one finally left in 2010. In addition, the Johnston Atoll was abandoned too, along with many other pacific islands. All just left there, once again untouched by man, and thriving with nature.
Also, I came across a really cool Vlog about visiting the Atoll after everyone left, and nature took over.
Check it out; http://www.midwayjourney.com/
So, go, and explore your world and learn more about this cool planet. Even if it is only Google earth.
Post your findings here.
i do this sometimes, i really recommend it if your bored and cant think of anything to do
Same here, it's pretty interesting sometimes.
Recommended to all americuns, to know they're too dependent on others and to actually know where stuff is.
God, I love using Building Maker and then seeing them officially used in their maps.
eh, It's a bit impressive. I've known this for a while :\
I just press ctl+alt+a for a flight simulator and crash into buildings and stuff.
I accidentally found the island from Letters of Iwo Jima.
I like to look around nice places like Hawaii because I've never been out of the uk :smith:
I like looking around in the Southernmost places of South America, I never hear anything from that part of the world, yet it's a huge area looks very different from the rest of South America ( Pine forests with huge cliffs, farm landscapes dotted with those red painted wooden shacks you often see in Eastern Europe, huge lakes etc. it kind of reminds me of Scandinavia )

I'm retarded when it comes to Google Flight Sim, I just nose dive and barrel roll everywhere, it's crazy controls.
Google Earth is great though, I have all of my friends' houses marked out and the simplest directions saved. It's very very handy.
I'm bored as fuck! I'm gonna try it out :v
