Hi! I don't know where to post this.
..
I bought my Logitech G35 headset a year ago, last summer. And it's worked great up until now, the cord that comes with the headset entangles all the time, and I have to untangle it once a month. I did this just now, and now the headset does not work anymore. I have tried to unplug this headset for an hour, but still nothing.
Does my warranty cover this? So sorry if this is in the wrong section.

Do you have a warranty through the store you bought it from or just through logitech? Either way it should be covered, just go through the store 1st if you have the warranty there.
I bought it on an online store ( just as newegg, etc ) in Norway. I don't have the receipt.
Logitech makes great keyboards and mice can't say the same about their headsets.
The headset it superb, the only problem I have with it is the fucking cord. It's so entangly.
Their headsets are actually subpar.
When you were untangling the cable, you couldve pulled the cable off the solder points.

I easily could have. But it's their fault when they make a cord that is an entangle expert. I have 3 friends with the same headset, everybody has the same issue. Have I void my warranty?
What site did you buy it from?
Untangling your wire shouldn't be so hard. If the wire is covered in rope (like the G9 mouse and some Steelseries headsets), it could get royally fucked up.
How long is the warranty deal anyway?
@ Capsman!
I bought it from a site called Komplett.no It's in Norway.
It's the same wire as in the G9 mouse.
Most warranties only cover up to a year.
So most likely, your warranty is done if you bought it a year ago.
Komplett covers pretty much entire Northwest europe.
Call their support. They usually solve problems like these. (If your computer from them is fucked, you can either send it in and have it sent through troubleshooting and repaired, or you can troubleshoot it yourself, and return the broken part.) They have the most relaxed yet efficent warranty system in Norway.
Well, it's not a computer, but the G35 headset. Do I have a 2 year warranty? And does Komplett handle these types of things? I am able to drive to Komplett tomorrow, and return it, should that be the case.
