Jordan Wargames: Patriot Batteries, F-16s and 4,500 US Troops Near Syrian Border - Polidicks

Interesting the Russian rep said pumping weapons into the region was not a good idea. Why are they still arming Assad? Nobody should be sending weapons there.

The last Eager Lion exercise in 2012 was in planning for 3 years iirc, and there was another before that. These things usually are not in any way spontaneous.
