A new RLM series where they discuss movies that they like and why.
I enjoy the skit stuff in HitB and it wouldn't be HitB without it, but it's refreshing to see a Mike and Jay show where they're just like "hi welcome to our internet movie review show"
I like listening to these hack frauds talk about movies, so them talking about good movies every now and again or hidden gems I'd have otherwise missed sounds like a great idea.
Such an awesome film, cool to hear them talk about it and also talk about all those neat filming techniques they did for the monsters. I didn't catch a lot of those lol. Also the basement shootout is such a great scene god damn.

Shame they didn't highlight Bacon's perfect delivery of "Fuuuuuuuuck, YOU!"

Out of curiosity, I IMDB'd the director to see what else he had done and how his career went after this http://www.imdb.com/title/tt0180052 ouch
Tremors is my favorite movie and Burt Gummer is my spirit animal. [editline]24th May 2016[/editline]
"You broke into the wrong goddamn rec room!"
Broke into the wrong goddamn rec room didn't ya you bastard*

"It's better to have but not need, than to need but not have." Absolutely poetic. A rule that lives can be built on.

It's more slam-bang than the first one but still has the qualities of the first
"What kind of fuse is that?" "Cannon fuse" "What the hell do you use it for?" "... my cannon!" love this movie
I've only ever seen the 1st and 4th Tremors. Apparently I hit the perfect combo.
The second one is still worth watching. For a direct to video movie, it's rather well made

More unpopular yet: I honestly can't decide if I like Tremors 3 more than I do Tremors 2.

I saw one of the tremors movies when I was really young, it was either tremors 3 or 4. Either way, I liked it at the time.

You know which film is which by whatever creature is the focus, 2: No Bacon, 3: Ass blasters, 4: It's a period western now.
Shame they didn't highlight Bacon's perfect delivery of "Fuuuuuuuuck, YOU!"
They do in the soundcloud version, around the 22 min mark
Ol' Stumpy was one sassy graboid.
Funny thing is, we rented Tremors from Blockbuster about 10 years ago. We had a bump out R.V at the time, and while we were closing it up, the VCR got crushed in the bump out. Oh well, R.I.P Blockbuster & Tremors. I really enjoyed them while they were intact.
Heard the fifth one wasn't so good :(
Heard the fifth one wasn't so good :(
Everything after the first one was bad imo. Didn't even know they made it to the fifth. I thought once they started becoming bipedal raptors with thermal vision and then becoming airborn raptors with thermal vision it started getting stupid.
I think Tremors 1 is amazing for what it is for most of the reasons said and it should be watched first, but I really liked Tremors 2. It isn't horror or anything, but god damn is it a fun ride. The sequels 3 and onwards aren't as good. IMO Tremors 4 is awful trash. I watched 5 a few months back and it wasn't too bad, ties with 3 for me, both have their moments. Did anyone ever watch the tv series?
Tremors is actually my favorite movie of all time. However, I first saw it when I was 5... pretty much gave me nightmares for a long time. I would be scared to touch the floor and shit.

Was practically identical to the 1st one but just a Western instead.

God, Tremors. What a fucking series. I used to have the whole series on dvd, until the 5th movie came out that is. There is one reason and one reason only that I continue watching these "bad" movies. Burt muther fucking Gummer!
