We already know who has been indicted, only a few of them have non-Russian sounding surnames - the Bovdas (one them was Belyayeva before marriage, so we can rule her out), Burchik, Vasilchenko (classic Ukrainian ending -ko) and Aslanov (Azeri). All of them Russian citizens, most of them ethnically Russian. What the fuck is he talking about? It's like he was answering a different question.
