I usually feel safe here, even with all the dissidents and the divide, maybe it's just because I see this stuff all the time in the news.
Stabbed into head and other parts of body multiple times and is "stable"?
The attacker was either wimpy as fuck, stabbed him with a plastic knife, or this guy is fucking tough.

I remember watching something on TLC many, many years ago and this guy came in with only the handle of the knife sticking out of his head.
Edited: found it.
The largest object to be removed from the human skull was a 20.32 cm (8 inch) survival knife from the head of 41 year-old Michael Hill. In April of 1998, Michael answered the door to his friend's place and had a knife plunged into his skull. He then walked down the street to another friend's house. Four hours later the knife was removed. Michael didn't even have an infection and was well enough to leave the hospital a week later. Since his close brush with death, Michael's memory isn't the same and he needs medication to prevent seizures.

Real people don't have hitpoints
It's entirely possible to get stabbed 5 times and have every one of those wounds damage locations that don't contain any major organs or arteries

belfast isn't dangerous if you don't walk around the real scummy parts alone
outside of the city center or a cul de sac it's pretty dangerous at night so don't walk around alone
