[release]According to several internet sites, an unnamed 19-year-old high school student from Germany, grinning throws six black puppies from a cardboard box into a cascading river. After that the name has come out, it has spread at sites around the world, and several sites has threatened the 19-year-old by her life, although it has not even been finally confirmed that it is actually her who throw puppies into the river.
The address is said to be her parents', corresponding to the address of a married couple with same surname as the woman. It has not been possible to confirm the address of authenticity beyond the coincidence with the last name.
Other sources on the web suggests that there is a girl from Bosnia, when the original video purportedly posted on Youtube by a Bosnian user account. According to CNN talking girl in the red shirt possibly Croatian, but it is unclear to me quite securely.
Bounty to find the puppy killer
The organization People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA) has offered a reward of $ 2,000 for information leading to arrest of the girl.
"Animal abusers are cowards. They let it out on the most defenseless creatures they can get a hold of," said Martin Mersereau from PETA to CNN.
Recently a British woman under police protection after a video showed her throwing an affectionate cat into a dustbin and closing the lid over it, came out on the web. The cat sat in the bucket for 16 hours before the owners heard their whining. The woman, Mary Dole, was following up and said that she could not understand all this fuss, because it was "just a cat". She said it was a sudden impulse to put the cat down in the bucket. She thought that "it could be fun."
Wants girl killed like the dogs
The British woman's identity was revealed on the web site 4chan.org, which also brings the name of the German high school girl. 4chan is an anonymous anarchist user forum swimmer of all kinds of different messages about everything from weapons to welfare and - of course - lots of porn. Several of the users believe that the girl simply must die as punishment for dog murder.
"Kill her, kill the bitch. Find her, find her," writes user Pooka while the user Anonymous writes:
"I hope that someone will enjoy themselves to kill her, just as she did with the puppies."[/release]

Dog gets puppies -> Family cant take care off puppies -> No vets or people who want the dogs available -> need to get rid off puppies some how -> its better to drown them then to make them starve to death -> Puppies get thrown in river.
Its probably not that much off a strange thing to do in poor country's like that. Why she enjoy's it and why somebody films is a mystery. Its probably better to leave the girl alone before you ruin here life.

There is a SLIGHT difference between being thrown in a river to drown, and having a painless, quick, "proper" death.
In the end there's still death, but there are different ways to get there.
