[editline]April 24, 2013[/editline] Whoops, not quite yet. This still has yet to be passed through the House of Representatives, but there's virtually no doubt that it'll succeed there.
Why can't every state join the rhode of progress
http://www.wpri.com/dpp/news/politics/state_politics/ri-senate-same-sex-marriage-vote It's a good day.
It's a good day to be gay. [sp]In Rhode Island[/sp]
Now onto the entire country
I read the title as legalizes marijuana at first. Huh.
This is pretty good news. Hopefully there wont be a Family Guy episode blowing this out of proportion since its set in Rhode Island.
huh The French gay vote has been news for over a month, and this flies under the radar and happens out the fuck of nowhere. Good news, though. I'm feeling lazy today, so I won't make a shitty pun like that nerd Smurfy.
Wow, whoops, seems like I jumped the gun. This still has to be passed by the House of Reps but there's no doubt that's going to happen. None at all.

Finally my state does something good!

really hope it comes down south, doubt it'll happen in Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, and Texas. But hey, I still hope.
Little state, big heart.
It should be legalized everywhere. Religion is not a suitable reason to not pass a law
Still nothing in California.
More like Bro'de Island.
can't stop the gay train

[thumb]http://www.gaylaxymag.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/11/gayflag.jpg[/thumb] Yes.
I thought they already did an episode on gay marriage?
It should be legalized everywhere. Religion is not a suitable reason to not pass a law
Except religion is not the sole reason why it hasn't been passed on a federal level. People like to argue that the government has no place in defining what marriage is (stupid "states' rights and all that fuckassery). I'm sure there's other non-religious reasons, but that's the one I'm hearing a lot.
