If you aren't prepared to risk your life for your children you shouldn't have them. I would have either bought a gun and taken my chances with the loansharks or fled.

This is a result of cultural differences more then anything. Not that I advocate child abuse but South East Asia isn't exactly known for having a culture of caring.

The only reason you could want one is to sell your virginity. I really doubt someone is going to get one and put it up on the wall or some shit. Are the doctors really directly improving how prostitution works for their country? Either I'm just really confused about this entire situation and missed something or this is beyond bizarre.

I think that the idea of sexual contact with a child immediately and irrevocably causing mental damage doesn't fully follow. I mean, the age of consent exists in most countries to stop adults from using their position of authority to manipulate the minor into sex. In that case, wouldn't it be the manipulation causing the damage, rather than the sexual conflict? Only during periods, if they have periods.
