To be fair, this represents Roman Excess pretty damn well...

the guy filming must have been infront of the crowd since he's got a river infront of him and you can only watch the show properly from a certain distance.

What he didn't show you is that it was on loop, and this was the 327th time it had played.
That was actually hard to watch for me. The idea that someone, somewhere actually thought that this was all necessary to advertise/celebrate the launch of a plastic box that plays videogames is ridiculous (to me).
