The America's pack interest me.. has anyone played it, any good?
America's is okay. I got it when I pre ordered. It's nothing special.
I kinda wish that there was a randomly generated map choice...
Like everytime you start a new game in minecraft...

Wait, you know, now that I realize it, It might. I never really uncovered/ conquered all of the space so It always felt the same.

Are you even awake yet?
Might get these. Have to get Nebuchadnezzar first, shit is so cash for science victories.
No it does not.
Ok, so my wants make sense than?
Glad to see this game being supported with DLC.

I thought it did :S
Whats the point of this when all these levels have been pretty much made by the community?
Map packs? I thought Firaxis were bros.

yeah
extra civs I can understand because the community ones are very unpolished at the moment
I was actually serious in the fact that there are giant Earth maps, North America maps, European maps, African maps, Middle east, Asian, and many others. Seems like a dumb thing to do when you release mapping tools.

yep. go to mod hub and get the same thing for free.
Well at least it's worth a try. It's not like making these maps cost them so much money, and if a few people buy it then they've already made a profit.
I honestly couldn't care any less about this seeing as mapping tools were included. If they weren't then I'd be pretty pissed about DLC mappacks.
To anyone that plays Civ 5, what does Nebuchadnezzar II do? Steam is very vague about him.

You can only use him in Single player because not everyone has it for MP.
Yeah but what's special about him?

Babylonian Archers, replacing regular ones, have bigger range and more movement.
Babylonian walls, no idea what they do.
You get a great scientist when you research writing and spawn rate of great scientists is doubled.

Bowmen, not Babylonian Archers, sorry.
Glad I paid about 2€ more for my retail copy and got 3 out of 4 of those DLC's already.
