The worst part for me, and I'm sure a lot of people, was that I basically figured out the ending way beforehand. So the rest of the time the game was just preventing me from doing what I knew to do in the first place, and because they didn't let me I assumed there was going to be a plot twist.
But there wasn't one and [sp] then they expected me to feel sorry for a character that I knew to kill and have wanted to kill since the beginning. Also the last choice is laughable, not only did it mean that any of your other choices didn't matter except that one, but the choice was so fucking obvious that it was insulting. This one girl that the MC was friends with when they were kids, or an entire fucking town? Jesus.[/sp]

I thought it looked bad but thought it was quite nice, flawed and funny in the wrong places at times but had a nice character to it
Watching broteam rip into it is the best though

I liked this game but Episode 5 was pretty bad

Life is Strange is kinda in my top 3 favorite shit games.
Despite its flaws, I enjoyed the overall experience and I wouldn't dread doing a repeat of it some time in the future.
Another example would be Deadly Premonition. That game is so flawed it makes it charming, and then you regard it fondly years later.
Interestingly these are both games based on the show Twin Peaks, so maybe that's why they feel this way?
Regardless, I liked Brote riffing this game because it really deserves it.
No ill will towards it either, it's just sorta lovable and hate-able at the same time.
Calling Deadly Premonition a good shit game? It's a good good game.
Either way kind of glad I didn't play episode 5 seems like they make all your past choices pointless which is the worst thing you could do in a multi choice and path game
