• America isn't fighting wars right

Pretty much every war since World War II has been fought incorrectly. America is just fighting lightweight wars, which is terrible. This is the reason we see wars last a long time (Korea, Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, etc.). If we actually invaded our enemies, things would be different. Right now we worry more about collateral damage than we do about winning the war. It's supposed to be a war, bad things happen from time to time, we have to roll with the punches. Had we launched a full scale invasion of Iraq, I guarantee you the war would be have been over almost instantly. Same goes for all of the other wars America has fought in since World War II. Politicians are making military decisions, and that is why we are stuck in unnecessarily long and bloody wars that last 5+ years. It's gotten so ridiculous now, if a soldier is being shot at by a terrorist, but the terrorist sets his gun down and just walks away (but doesn't surrender), you aren't supposed to kill him anymore, despite the fact that he was trying to kill you a second ago, and will most likely try to kill you or another American later. Wars are always fought the wrong way.
the right way to fight war is to not fight at all!!!!! GIVE PEACE A CHANCE
Alternatively, they could avoid wars
And then they blow you up while you wave a white flag. Nice.
It's fighting wars left :downs:
the right way to fight war is to not fight at all!!!!! GIVE PEACE A CHANCE
“Peace is not merely a distant goal that we seek, but a means by which we arrive at that goal.” Unfortunately, the means which are taken in human society are of war, destruction, and show of military might. Also, why point out just America?
Heres a better way to make wars dont last to long. dont go to into wars so much.
the right way to fight war is to not fight at all!!!!! GIVE PEACE A CHANCE
I'll say it again, and again until I have to bash it into your skull with a hammer. As long as there are two people on this planet with conflicting opinions their will never be peace.

I'm a pacifist in most cases but if I was the General of the Army I wouldn't waste time dicking around with diplomatic bullshit if I knew I could win the war with brute force in a matter of weeks or even days.
Peace doesnt make money looks like I spoke too soon.
You think war is cheap?
We're not fighting against any nation. We are fighting against insurgents in other countries. Long story short, it's not a war, it's a police action. Something that doesn't involve us in the first place.
Its hard to fight a war against a force with no-infrastructure.

I agree that we worry too much about collateral damage now. America could pretty much end any country that they want almost instantly. The power of the military is so strong. The commanders are just oo politically correct
You think war is cheap?
you know war makes more money right?
"Look at what Israel does. If they find a terrorist sniper in an enemy building, they just level the entire building. If there were civilians inside, then they should have gotten the fuck out when he started shooting." (not a quote by me)
Man who cares about civilians or war crimes or conventions, let's just kill the shit out of everything, it'll go quicker that way. Hey why don't we just nuke em, what's faster than that?
Except we aren't fighting a country.
you know war makes more money right?
Really? Do explain how spending money on food, training, uniforms, supplies, transportation, gas, ammunition, medical attention, super high-tech expensive equipment, aircraft, tanks, APCs, ships, guns, and the money the government pays out to a family when a soldier dies, makes money? Excluding the Falklands War, which was more of an incident then an actual war.
Alternatively, they could avoid wars
Kinda hard when they bomb and kill thousands of innocent civilians...
Rebecca is a bit like science, she states the obvious.
