I've had this pressure inside my ear for a long time, but only when I work out. Allways comes when training feet/legs and sometimes when doing other exercises, it's really random. It's extremely annoying and sometimes very hard to hear what people say depending on how bad it is.
It feels like I'm in a plane (Just worse) but can't remove the pressure no matter how much I gasp or move the jaw. And I'm starting to think it might be high blood pressure or it could be bad breathing technique (Which I honestly don't believe is the problem).
Last time I experienced it was just today and I also started seeing like fog "inside" my eyes (Hard to explain) and it felt like I was gonna pass out for a few seconds. And I can't stand it anymore, really destroys working out as I have to cancel continuing or wait like 15 minutes after each exercise for it to go away else it just gets worse if I continue.
Anyone else experiencing this during workout, or have any solutions to this problem?

I searched a few sites in regards to your issue and this seems to be the closest in symptoms to your issue.
Some of the Symptoms seems Familiar, maybe I should get an appointment to the doctor and hear what they have to say.
Thanks for the link/reply.
I actually get this exact thing when lifting. It's awful
I sometimes get a sore head when benching, when the pressure of my head is on the bench, it's weird :/
i get this sometimes but not very strong. i usually feel it most prominently if i'm listening to music with headphones in - i can hear the mix of the music changes
If I get this it almost feels like I got a bit of water in my ear or there was a pressure change like on an airplane. If you can do the reflex where you GENTLY blow out with your nose closed (and it doesn't cause you pain to do as it does to my friend) doing that may help you. I can do it with no pain and it helps reset the pressure.
I get this while diving over 3m. Hold your nose, close your mouth, attempt to blow air out in this impossible fashion, fail to do so and only cause some effects to pressure, problem solved.
I get this when I run till i am exhausted and can't run anymore. Usually when i take my school's fitness test.
you probably just cached a cold and got your nose blocked. Then when you breath in the pressure differs. Close your nostrils with your fingers, blow out (yea i know, impossible. but do it). Job done.
About to pass out? See a doctor
More than a one off? See a doctor
Affects sight? See a doctor
I got this too when I started working out, not any specific excersise though. After that I've sometimes been getting it after sleeping, it's really annoying and I feel like an idiot when I'm speaking because I can barely hear myself.
