Ah. Well the basic/quick load model texture was just of a differing shade. But then when it loaded the detail model it was the correct color.
They just need to have their quick load models store the correct color value.

it's not like the game purposefully turned on racial segregation for that specific time, nobody is making that claim. no need to go in-depth as to why a game had a glitch and make it seem like we're making a big deal out of it.
