Now for first, a man was sent to jail for 56 days for saying a racist comment on the internet (twitter) about that black football players Fabrice Muamba who had a heart attack on the Pitch, yet a bunch of Muslims attacked a white girl while shouting "Beat the White Bitch/Sult yet they get spared Jail because the Judge said they weren't used to being drunk due to the religion or another case where A Muslim who was late on picking up his dole money ran over a women and sped off. Bear in mind he had no driving licence and was a asylum seeker yet was spared jail even though he KILLED a 12 year old girl and was allowed to stay in the UKl. Why is it that in todays world all of these things are able to go on, my Question is do you think PC/ anti-racism...has gone too far as it seem like they are able to get away with murder? OP on Fabrice Muamba: http://www.guardian.co.uk/technology/2012/mar/18/arrest-racist-remarks-twitter-fabrice-muamba OP on Muslim women: http://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-2070562/Muslim-girl-gang-kicked-Rhea-Page-head-yelling-kill-white-slag-FREED.html OP on Asylum seeker killing the girl: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-12011868 (tryed my best to stay within the rules, if any are broken Lock it)
Anit-racism? You mean anti-racism...right?
its ridiculous that you can get jailed for racist comments, completely goes against free speech. Although I'd take the daily mail source off, they are notorious for twisting events against muslims.
Second article seems like typical daily mail sensationalism to me.
its ridiculous that you can get jailed for racist comments,
Might as well make libel and slander legal then, that goes against free speech too!
Racism itself is not against the law. Racial harassment or hate crimes are.

Kill a 12 year old girl then be allowed to stay and live on the dole?
The first case I can't comment on specifically because I don't know what he said - I do believe, though, that it is possible to say things so offensive that they warrant a jail term. It is good that the UK has laws against hate-speech and inciting hatred and such - if you don't then you get terrible people like the Westboro Baptist Church parading around saying the most disgusting things from behind police protection. The second I won't comment on as, as has been mentioned, the daily mail is notorious for its anti-muslim, anti-immigration propaganda. I would bet that there is more to the situation than they say. The third I don't think has much to do with "anti-racism" at all. Yes the judges were incredibly lenient on him for not charging him with dangerous driving or manslaughter, but I don't think it was due to anti-racist sentiment.
Isn't it more Ridiculous that you can enter a country without any permision. Kill a 12 year old girl then be allowed to stay and live on the dole?
It is, but the uk cant deport a criminal back to a country with the death penalty according to EU law.
they are able to get away with murder?
define your they. Do you mean people of middle-eastern descent? Or Muslims? Because you seem to. If you do that is a completely absurd statement. Here is an example: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-england-south-yorkshire-16293167 [editline]29th March 2012[/editline] On political correctness in general, Stewart Lee has some good thoughts that are much better phrased than anything I could do;
Isn't it more Ridiculous that you can enter a country without any permision. Kill a 12 year old girl then be allowed to stay and live on the dole?
You really do need to stop reading the Daily Mail.
You really do need to stop reading the Daily Mail.
I don't read the Daily Mail, its just the only online source I could get for it.
I don't read the Daily Mail, its just the only online source I could get for it.
Well doesn't that kind of tell you something about the story?
You really do need to stop reading the Daily Mail.
When referring to the BBC article, nice.
Might as well make libel and slander legal then, that goes against free speech too!
But both of those can be tangibly harmful to people. Dumb comments on twitter can't.
Might as well make libel and slander legal then, that goes against free speech too!
Racist comments in themselves rarely cause financial loss now do they?
Racist comments in themselves rarely cause financial loss now do they?
And as we know, whether something causes financial loss is what really matters. /sarcasm
Anti-racism is the worst word ever. It's just discrimination if a Muslim is more easily spared jail then another person.

Regardless of race or country or origin, I'm pretty sure murder is illegal. After reviewing the article, I see it's actually a dangerous driving charge/manslaughter. Still, I'm fairly certain cases like this are an extreme rarity to the point they almost never happen. Plenty of people are processed to the full extent of the law and, if they've entered the country illegally, they're picked up by the UK border agency and dealt with as outlined by EU/UK immigration law. And yeah the Daily Mail isn't really a credible source for this kind of thing. Especially if you can't find any traces of the story anywhere else.
Most people who come in Illegally destroy there pass ports so UK border Angency can't remove them no matter what,
you have a source on that?
Most people who come in Illegally destroy there pass ports so UK border Angency can't remove them no matter what,
Do you honestly believe that it's that easy?
Most people who come in Illegally destroy there pass ports so UK border Angency can't remove them no matter what,
Yeahno
