That isn't the first mission, look at the intro it says "Day 4".
I don't see how people get excited over shaky-cam footage of a generic shooter.
Do not get me wrong, CoD: MW2 is going to be a superb game, but I personally think the campaign is nothing special at all, unless you play it yourself that is.
