I think everyone's insane. Everyone. Even Ansberry.
Everyone is insane. Except Adrian Brody.

I think you are right, however that second to last sentence in the OP shouldn't have popped into your head.
you're insane no homo :xd:
Certainly an interesting point of view, though now exactly one that would be "Appropriate" for school. The actions of your parents and school were stupid.
You're insane for thinking outside the box, even while it was uneducated and stupid. But you're human. Thinking alike is more on the lines of insanity since it stifles innovation and creative thinking.
It's a little weird, and i'm kind of surprised your teacher didn't just think you're a jackass and was like "YOU FAIL". You're not insane, just a free thinker that will say stuff that maybe some people won't like. Which I find contradictory to the fact that people say that they should respect each other's thoughts etc. Dude, I (and many others) probably think the same sort of weird stuff, like that. But we keep our mouths shut lol.
Lay off the LSD, buddy.
I agree with you somedays OP, but these kinds of thoughts when spoken in public tend to trigger concern. Just convince your counselor you have no desire to take matters into your own hands re: world annihilation, and you'll probably be off the hook in no time.
I think it's more realistic. The other day in English we had a quick assignment to describe a utopia and everyone was just like "Let everyone do what they want and believe what they want to believe and give everyone freedom :downs:"
Uhh, humans are humans are humans. This is how humans act. This is just the way that stuff is. Humans were what happened after trillions of years of time, I'm not saying we're special, I'm just saying that we are what we are. Whoever told you to go see a counselor is an idiot by the way.
I think it's more realistic. The people in your class are idiots.
I don't think you are insane, I can agree with it to some extent.
no youre just a sociopath [editline]01:59AM[/editline]
Communists in Russia hide anyone away who dares defy thier government
what
your a sociopath
That would be fucking awesome! But there would need to be zombies and stuff. And unicorns. But anyway, you are not insane, your teachers are.
Russia isn't communist.....
I agree with you when I am just extremely pissed off at the world. Especially monday mornings. You're not insane for thinking that. Teachers just make the biggest shitstorms over small things.
In the literal sense of the word, yes, you are insane.
people pockets
they're going to put you in the gas chamber any second, RUN
I think the greatest thing for the world would be the apacalpyse. Some call it armageddon, or go by the 'too easy to lable' 2012, but truly it is the greatest thing that could happen. Why? It would be a reset for the entire world. The world is so corrupt. Catholics in Rome strike down anyone who questions them. Communists in Russia hide anyone away who dares defy thier government. Extreme Middle Eastern Nations kill anyone who doesnt think the way they do. If we all died, than those who survive, with what we know now about the world, could build a perfect utopia. Without the flaws of modern America. Unfortuantly, the people who say America need reform, the Politicians that wont step down so thier inflated salary can go back into the people pockets, where the belongs, and the people who are famous for nothing and have money for existing, would be able to buy thier way into fallout shelters, and some of them will survive. The people whou truly deserve to live will die. (And the part that I think became a problem) Truly, the world should end and no one should be 'allowed' to live. You would need ot fight for it. Then the earth would belong once again to animals who don't have the power to corrupt the world.
this entire paragraph makes no sense at all I don't think you're insane, just extremely naive [editline]08:03PM[/editline] like, communists in russia? seriously?
No. I know insane.. [editline]02:04AM[/editline] He's a pretty cool guy.
they're going to put you in the gas chamber any second, RUN
.... Does the school you go to have a freakin' gas chamber? Cause I know mine doesn't.....
You seem to be a little angsty. Remember all the good in the world. While I can see your thought process, maybe Brave New World is for the best. Or at least some sort of Rebellion. At this point, Capitalism is showing signs of cracking. While complete genocide isn't the answer, neither is doing nothing.
Personally, you're not insane, you're just completely fucking uneducated and have no idea what you're talking about. Feh, an apocalypse? You first, asshole.
aw i wish i had an assignment like this i could totally go into how the only hope for humanity is either the development of a hive mind or some sort of all controlling super AI.
Never heard of communists in Russia hiding away anyone, not in current times at least, same goes with the whole Rome thing.
They are hidden, that's why you never hear of them :ninja:
I think the Russia-Communist statement is referring tot he purges and the KGB disappear-in-the-night-tactics, right OP? Not that that's happened since like 1989.
For the record. They said Thomas Jefferson was insane, but he figured out how to power light bulbs with the gravity he invented. Yeah. Anyway, maybe you are insane, maybe you aren't. But if this essay was an opinion essay, they had no right to punish you for an opinion.
