Seriously?
Making a PC out of components is piss easy if you chose your components carefully.
Why would you need a video on that?
That mini-ATX motherboard is adorable.

I wouldn't mind building an nice high end ITX due to the fact i move around a-lot.
He kills shrek in his vidya
It would have been a lot better without all the cosplaying and end bit. I've only built my own PC and I just followed the manual from the motherboard or case. This would have been nice to see prior, but even then I still had no trouble building it.
Oh wow it's tiny

Are there any benefits of Micro-ITX if you're not moving it around?

They're not big, ugly hunks of glowing plastic like most gaming machines.

Its good if you have a small apartment and space is a a premium, or if you want a machine to plug into your TV.
i like how the dota 2 footage is choppy
Is it just me or is the framerate in the game he's showing at the end extremely bad? Like 15-20FPS bad
I really wanna make a mini-itx pc, because I move my pc around quite a lot. A pretty powerful one would set me back 10k NOK which really isn't that much
Do the hot babes come with the r9 240 as well?
That motherboard is so cute. I'd definitely build a mini-ATX if it wasn't for the gigantic space requirements of high-end graphics cards.
Does anyone recall that video of some american guy making a really great parody on how to use thermal paste or something, and puts on a shitton of toothpaste instead?

Wait I thought the CPU came with pads?

It does, but people buy aftermarket ones for overclocking headroom/quieter performance.

Just bear in mind the smaller you go the more limitations you get. You start losing things like 3.5" drive bays for HDDs and disk drives. You'll more than likely have to use a preinstalled PSU that's smaller and designed to fit, which have much lower wattage. Also mind tour GPU depth that it's not too large. Also water cooling tubes start to be a bitch to handle, not to mention the size of the radiator...
It's not that it's a bad idea. The last pc I made itx was the goal, but I didn't make enough concessions power-wise so it ended up being large anyway and I switched back to a tower shortly after. In retrospect, I could've slotted my OD into an external case, and I really don't need a 780. (But oh is it glorious...)
oooh i have a silverstone case almost exactly like that
I love my little build, though it's a real fucking pain in the ass to get good airflow without chopping off the sides and replacing it with superior MESH COVERINGS

Because not everyone has the same view on how easy something is

Building a Mini-ITX rig is nothing but an art.
You can't just -make- one, you craft that baby with your sweat blood and tears.
You cut off side panels, you hand replace meshes, you jimmy in the jankiest fucking parts you can to make sure everything fits and still runs amazing
and in the end, all that pain and anger was worth it
because my pc now looks like a shoebox that weighs like 25 pounds wtf this isn't even all that portable it's just a lot more dense.

does anyone shudder when the word gaming is used to describe computer parts in general
why cant they just call it high performance or high end
its kind of embarrassing

Not really, this isn't marketed at those who are adept at PC parts, it's at the new gamers
