Do you have fond memories of Timesplitters? want a new one? well you cant.. Not until atleast the publishers say so. Companies like EA don't think Timesplitters would do well despite the countless numbers of fans supporting it. But even if you were not a Timesplitters fan and just want something new rather than the same old military games, then this is still a worthy cause. I have been constantly analyzing news trends on gaming websites, and the more news that reaches them about Timesplitters not being in development, the more people start to realize that publishers only bother with COD clones.
A former member of Free Radical actually told people that publishers wouldn't go near the title because all they want is military shootem ups. Lets try and show the publishers that we need something new in the genre! something original and fun.
This is bad news, I loved the Timespitters games. I wish this would actually work.

Show support and follow, when enough of the public has started following i will get everyone to carpet bomb EA and other publishers with wants and demands for Timesplitters. But thats a long way off if no one thinks its going to be possible. Its only possible if each of you follow
I really miss Timesplitters, it was one of the best games to play with friends on splitscreen. Sadly looks like the arcadey games like Perfect Dark, Timesplitters etc are dying off in favour of more realistic gritty shooters. I think fans should band together to create a fan sequel in UDK to show that people really do want a new game.
Its good to see so many Timesplitters lovers
Timesplitters 2 really was my favorite splitscreen game. I want more of that.
I was just playing Timesplitters 2 on the PS2, it sucks because TS2 and TS3 were some of my favorite games to play as a kid.

Military shooters are just so dull now.

I played for hours with splitscreen in Timesplitters with a friend, we even started making up our story lines to the arcade matches we had.
Ah, one of those old games I countlessly replayed because it was just so damn entertaining. Not to mention the variety of silly cheat codes made gameplay always fun, like changing all the gun sounds into "pew pew" noises. :v:
I feel so left out, I never played timesplitters as a kid. :tinfoil:
and to this day I still have not played it.
Timesplitters is way too much fun, especially that tag gamemode.

Virus? that was super fun
I always thought Timesplitters was a big seller though? Tons of people know about it and loved it.
Virus? that was super fun
Flame Tag too, where whoever was it was literally on fire. :v:
God, I need to figure out how to emulate my copies of all three games better, my PS2's too old and dusty to probably function properly anymore.
I always thought Timesplitters was a big seller though? Tons of people know about it and loved it.
But its never been an openly talked about thing in the gaming industry and forums. I never see threads or people randomly talking about it? they kind of accept its death? but if we rally the masses then we can get the message out better
By the way, i have always wondered, will the video get views even through it being embedded?
I hope it gets made. I want to unleash the Asskickulator again.
Watch them make it, then turn it into a call of duty clone with almost half the content as DLC and always online DRM with no split screen.

My biggest fear right here.
Haven't played timesplitters a lot over the years, but I can still remember how fun it was when played on my friend's PS2. I totally agree with your video and I had like to see a next gen version of Timespitters (would be cool on pc, not playing on consoles).
Games cost a lot more to make than back than. It was possible to make a game that just a small group of people would like. That is the same with NOLF.
Personally I say why not go back to those types of graphics, because the HD textures is what cost a lot.
I don't care much for graphics anyway, the gameplay is what makes me enjoy a game not the way it looks.

also there are still a lot of risks being made in the indie gaming.
Those zombie missions man were the best with Co-op\
I still recall one funny time me and a mate did the mansion level, there was a hallway (nothing showed up yet through the level aside from the flying bats) so we went to check for some ammo, noticed a kids room with blood everywhere and a silhouette of a corpse under the bed sheets with more blood, "Not going in there nope, kids room" was the only thing I said and he nodded.
I loved Timesplitters, Virus on the Zepplin level on Splitscreen kicked so much ass.
Never played Timesplitters. I'ts nowhere to get. Even GOG doesn't have it.
Never seen it being discussed before either.

Grab it off ebay dude, its where i got my future perfect from.
This must be done. Timesplitters deserves 4th title.

It's console exclusive? Fuck! That's why I have never heard of it.

Timesplitters 1 was PS2 launch title and remained exclusive. Timesplitters 2 was on gamecube PS2 and xbox. Then Timesplitters future perfect was on the same platforms as TS2. So they were all last gen games if you were wondering, but true gems

Is there a chance for TS4 to come to PC if its ever made?
Crytek UK have rights, so most likely yes.
Also, if this video reaches over 1,000 views in a day or two, ill get featured
