OH MY GOD MY FUCKING COCK
hnnnngh that X-Wing
I'm still to watch all of the star wars movies. I guess I will before this new one comes out.
Okay, it is looking good. I'll have to check this one out.
If you choose the $50'000 option you get an advance screening and 5000 entries. So if you win you get TWO advance screenings holy shit yes
TOASTERBOT
just leave out the prequel trilogy if you can
No. The prequels help you fully appreciate how good the original trilogy was.
Fucking amazing! reminds me i have to watch the original movies again!
hnnnngh that X-Wing
That's not an X-Wing, its more like a Z-95 Headhunter which was the predecessor of the X-Wing. You can tell because the wings appear fixed with the twin engines. Granted by how modifiable they are in the lore I wouldn't be surprised if it is. [editline]21st July 2014[/editline] God that sounds so fucking nerdy now I read it back.
TOASTERBOT No. The prequels help you fully appreciate how good the original trilogy was.
The prequels ruin Star Wars in so many ways and are best avoided. You can appreciate a bar of gold without holding it next to a log of shit, if you know what I mean.

Plus look at how the Cannons are connected, they're on their own pieces. Also the Z-95 didn't have 4 cannons.
Dat lack of CGI. Every behind the scenes clip gets me more and more excited.

Makes sense that the New Republic would want to update their ships since they're the new galactic power and not relying on stolen technology and scrap metal anymore.
Hah it is an x-wing https://twitter.com/starwars/status/491196351422554112
i really like the new design, but i hope they show some of the original x-wings in the movie aswell
i really like the new design, but i hope they show some of the original x-wings in the movie aswell
Don't worry when the Cylons attack and control the new ships they'll go back to using X-Wing MkIs.
Star Wars new tie fighter shot
For comparison. [t]http://i.imgur.com/jnhwI7z.jpg[/t]
The X-Wing in the video is the original one designed by Ralph McQuarrie before it was changed for the final movie.
Slightly different, the wings don't appear be stacked, they're side by side.
What's to say it's not a new X-wing-style fighter that wasn't been in Star Wars before?
The original X-Wing from the first trilogy is one of my favourite spaceship designs ever
A fan theory on how it could open
Dat lack of CGI. Every behind the scenes clip gets me more and more excited.
Joke's on you. The whole scene is CG, including JJ Abrams.
TOASTERBOT No. The prequels help you fully appreciate how good the original trilogy was.
The prequels spoil shit tons of things in the original trilogy, including a major twist. Stay away from them, they are shit and ruin the rest of the series.
TOASTERBOT No. The prequels help you fully appreciate how good the original trilogy was.
You'd be better off just watching the Plinkett reviews of the prequels in that case.
The prequels spoil shit tons of things in the original trilogy, including a major twist. Stay away from them, they are shit and ruin the rest of the series.
Aside from shitty acting and overuse of CG, the prequels are okay movies. They aren't very good by themselves, but they add plenty to the Star Wars Universe. No fan of the series should "just skip" half of the movies. The generally agreed upon viewing order is Original Trilogy and then Prequel anyway.
Can you guys stop bitching and moaning about the prequel trilogy? God damn. They weren't great, but they were still entertaining. Besides, let people who haven't seen the films decide for themselves what they feel about the movies.
I'm still to watch all of the star wars movies. I guess I will before this new one comes out.
If you want to fully appreciate the series as a whole, watch the original trilogy and then the prequels.
