man it irritates me to look at that kid
mainly because he looked like he hasn't washed himself in weeks
I like how a grown man and a whole audience is mocking a 13 year old boy for being a dick in life.
thats nice too.

Jesus, that man is fucking scary. He's being so intimidating to a 13 year old boy, what the fuck?
Sure the boy is a complete fuckwad, but there's probably a reason for that. But rather than trying to find out how that worked, he just uses sarcasm and mocks him.

I think this is The Worst Adult Ever vs. The Worst Teen Ever.
I wish I had a pool :( I don't even have a house.
Steve is being the bigger dick in this situation.
Oh hay, we just found out that his dad used to beat him, and that it was his dad who called up Steve.
Let's skate right over that and threaten him some more, act as condescending as possible and force him to say a phrase like some kind of slave, because he used a swear word.
Uhm, he lied about his dad beating him obviously.
And way to be judging when you haven't watched the whole thing yet. If you're at that part, you're only like six minutes in of 36 minutes.

Because everything that kid says is the truth right
Not at all.
But his father says right after that he's "tried everything" and then he lists a bunch of types of punishments.
I'm quite sure the kid is a dick, but his father and Steve aren't handling this well at all.
Because everything that kid says is the truth right
Of course it is. Drug dealers that threaten to kill their teacher and class mates, beat up their mentally handicapped cousin, and verbally abuse their grandmother tell the truth constantly. I want to give him his own country.
Wow that audience is annoying
Steve: "take off that hat on my stage"
Audience: OMG THAT'S WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT OH YEAH
The Childs environment is perfect, his parents must have been horrid for him to turn out that way.
"We came here to get help"
Well so far the kid's only gotten a whole bunch of insults. How about maybe he has some mental issues? Maybe his upbringing was shit? I mean, his dad wants to put his kid on the Steve Wilko's show, so what else haven't that man done...
The dad probably wasn't the BEST (I never approve of corporal punishment), but he probably wasn't that bad either. The kid is just a little brat.
The dad comes on later in the show, hes not some burly dude who beats his kid, he cries more than the kid does throughout the show, and is probably like the same size as the kid.
The host sounds like Gerard Butler
Also later in the show he goes to the county jail in Detroit and meets the inmates.
loololololo
Oh wow. One of the inmates he talks to talks about getting raped in jail.
I love the applause.
Steeeeeve!
I'm not sure what to make of this. Now I've seen the dad talk as well.
I think the dad's probably got huge problems of his own, and he just can't handle his situation, and it spiralled out of control. For one, he says he loves the kid, and he tried "everything", but all he mentioned is various types of punishment. And it doesn't seem to bother him at all that Steve is threatening and controlling and mocking his son.
I mean sure there's a reason for that, but shouldn't he at least feel a little protective about his son, especially when he claims that he really loves him?
And I couldn't help but notice that the dad looks so obviously sad from the get go, and the kid looks so tough from the very beginning. Steve is giving 100% sympathy to the dad, and 100% pure hate to the kid. It seems like the whole thing is just set up to make the kid seem like the only bad guy.
(and not only that, but it makes the dad seem like a flawless dad who tried everything and did everything for his kid)
There's just something off about it, and I'm getting the feeling that this show is all about pounding a common enemy with hate, not about helping them at all~

And there's another piece of evidence that his dad is a dick.
"I want... My son to be a doctor, a lawyer, a pilot or something..."
Okay fine, ever stopped to find out what the kid wanted? I mean, before he went batshit insane, that is.

See the whole video, you sound like a total idiot.

Yep, I made a mistake. Got so fired up about it that I posted while the video was running.
Now they've at least gotten to the part where they try to help him change his ways.
I just still think they're going about it the wrong way.
The kid's obviously gotten his defense systems on maximum running, which you can see because his eyes are shifty, he's swallowing all the time, answering with very short, cold answers and keeps a poker face on all the time.
That means he's got something inside him that really bothers him, he actually feels exposed.
Attacking him and telling him how fucked up his way of life is, isn't going to make him drop that defense at all.
But either way, I am going to watch the rest of the video now.
rofl god knows all this kid needs is a hug and they throw him in jail haha
Just waiting for Steve to make this little shit cry.
Awright, after the scene in the jail started, I think some of the things could be good for the kid.
The black guy's rant, and the 18 year old who was actually down to earth, and his dad talking to him through the bars, and when Steve finally stopped being over the top insulting.
The kid even started answering a lot more to the questions. The psychology in it just all seems sort of obvious to me.
When you're attacking him, he'll just be covering himself and protecting himself, but when you just relax a little, he will too, and then he'll open up just a tiny bit, even though it seems like he has maaajor problems letting his guard down, even when they're not actively insulting him.
WASH URSELF U CUNT!!!1!1!!
I love this guy, he's like every clever comeback, and sarcastic remark I've ever thought up rolled into one guy.
I blame the school, the mom, the teachers, and canada.
That kid's a royal arsehole, I just hope that he keeps his word.
This video is really old. I wonder where he's at now.
