because if somebody runs back indoors and locks their door and refuses to come out, you don't know what might be on the other side and rushing in is reckless endangerment to officers.

This dude does crazy shit in Mission Viejo all the time. A couple of months ago he got arrested after breaking into a church that was connected to a private school one of my family members used to work at. The only reason he broke in was to smash literally everything in the church to bits.
The guy's a dick, and all trouble he gets is brought on from his own stupid actions.
