When its at full scale its pretty damn obvious, you can actually see where the rounded rubber tool has marked his shoulders, and the depth of field is a bit messed up.

oh and the blur lines on his arms.

Also yeah, easily photoshop'd. As Archival said, zooming in on his hair shows some rough edges.
