Targets: Chest, Biceps, Triceps, Abs, Back, Forearms, Shoulders, PENIS
sounds like penis size needs to be worked on, individual progress thread should help that a little.
definitely achievable brah just keep to a good diet and it will be no problem hollister body=don`t focus too much on legs (ughhhh) but that`s the truth [editline]25th February 2011[/editline] Oh and just as a general rule of thumb, progress threads should only be made if they are updated daily/at least weekly with progress pics, etc.
lmao holy shit are you retarded? i hope that your wrote that wrong because if you honestly think meaningful progress will show in one day or a week then just wow lmao (User was banned for this post ("Flaming, immediately after registering." - SteveUK))

Won't see any difference in a week like the above poster said
lmao holy shit are you retarded? i hope that your wrote that wrong because if you honestly think meaningful progress will show in one day or a week then just wow lmao
rated you heart cause you're so nice weekly progress pics show how much your body changes, from week to week there might not be a difference but in the end once you look at the pictures you will notice the differences there is a reason people keep progress blogs, body composition can change as fast as 2 weeks no need to be so rude [editline]26th February 2011[/editline] and I meant mostly with not just pics, but with stats such as weight, and height, and lifting stat increase
Weekly stats could be interesting
Weekly stats could be interesting
most times you can see progress from week to week, usually by 2 weeks, ESPECIALLY if you are losing weight
most times you can see progress from week to week, usually by 2 weeks, ESPECIALLY if you are losing weight
theres a difference between fat and weightloss, and in two weeks theres only minor changes . if you were to lose fat only 4-6 lbs would be lost in 2 weeks or 2-3 lbs in one week ( assuming that you are doing a regular carbohydrate diet ) . I dont think you grasp how little 2-6 lbs is .

So, today: I had a large breakfast consisting of cereal and milk at 10am. Went to a large buffet and enjoyed many high calorie food and snacks at around 2pm. Had some curry in the evening at 7pm. Did a fully fledged drop set chest and shoulder workout, usual routine at 11pm. Followed up with abs workout, Decided to spice things up a bit in regards to that, with some leg raises and planking. Cereal and milk at 12pm. About to have my final meal of a protein shake now at 3am and then head to bed. I feel I'm on the brink of bulking, but I can't commit to that simply because I couldn't wake up at 7am for my first large meal after a night out when I only get back at 7am.

At least you're sort of bulking, when I was bulking I wouldn't care if I ate late or not, but now on my cut I try not to eat after definitely 10pm, but usually end up not eating after 7pm just to be on the safe side How do you feel working out so late? Are you an evening person?
I'm pretty sure it doesn't matter at what time you eat if you're trying to lose weight. The whole "don't eat after 19:00" is bullshit afaik.
It's not bullshit Your body naturally uses energy while you sleep, if you have food in your body it uses that, if you don't, it goes to your long-term fat stores
Your sentence is quite mixed up Kan, try and rephrase. Also, after day time is over, the body will naturally slow metabolisem , as the melatonin is being produced more abundantly and the body gets ready to sleep. So, decreasing carbs to a certain extent, isn't that much of an outrageous rule.

Your metabolism slows down when you are sleeping so if you are full of food you won't get the best of it, and you will lose fat loss benefits. If you understand this in relation with this, then you'll find out it is anything but bullshit.

Today I had a huge cereal and discovered mackerel whilst working my way along an isle trying to find a 'Super food'. Bought 4 tins to give it a go this week. I think it could be the one. About to go cook some chicken + pasta before a quick abs workout, shower, and then I'll be heading to a friends musical performance. Noticing fairly superior gains in my shoulders and chest now, which I'm really happy about. Also acquired two 10KG plates which I intend to add to my abs workout to spice things up a bit, possibly be doing situps with 20KG if I can manage that.

It's my favourite cutting food, but it lacks the carbs I sometimes need.
