Walter Blanco. Why do I find that funny?
Also I like how they showed literally the entire first episode in that trailer.
Oh god that looks laughably bad.
i'm kind of impressed that they decided to do an entire remake of the show rather than a dub.
of course i can't tell if that's good acting or not since i'm not spanish
It was actually a lot better than I expected
That said I didn't expect much
I was expecting a parody where they make cocaine. This was way funnier.
Jose's face at 2:37 :v:
are they seriously making this a Spanish rip - off Breaking Bad.?
Was hoping it was going to be more shit, with cheap cameras and shoddy editing, this just look like a tame normal tv show.
For a second thought it was about that Warcraft 3 Parasite/Who the Killer in space Space Station 13 style map

It's an official remake produced by Sony
This is so surreal.

I was more surprised that they were speaking Spanish and not Chinese!
It's a bit strange they go all the way and remake it with their actors instead of dubbing. Especially when they do the scenes EXACTLY like in the original show. I was expecting they would use just the story. Same camera angles, actions and dialogue is a bit too much.
The camera angles looked different to me, more of a soap opera style to it.
They are probably going to do a complete remake of the series, thinking the story is the only thing that made Breaking Bad good, while completely neglecting the suspenseful and artistic cinematography.
"Pendejo" - Jose
It even looked like the same set for Jessie's house.
I mean la casa de Jose.
Why am I getting 30 Rock vibes
Generalissimo Blanco
I'm gonna somehow get this on disk and replace my roommate's copies with them.
I don't like how casual it looks.

EY SEÑOR BLANCO
I don't really get it. Why didn't they just dub the show?
I mean, if they were this intent to make it as similiar to our version as they could why didn't they just dub it?
I'm not saying that I'm not impressed, but still.

My Spanish class discussed this yesterday. They are remaking it because certain parts of South America don't have access to American TV shows, so to bypass this they are remaking it in Columbia so it becomes local programming.
Also, the camera angles looking like a soap opera are just the type of shows Spanish cultures are accustomed to. American TV shows usually focus on action rather than interpersonal drama.
well that kinda just summarized the whole pilot lol
