Samples of Justice's Civilization found in remix dating from 2007

So if you are a Techno/Dance/House fan, you must have heard of Justice, and you probably have heard their live album A Cross The Universe, and their new track Civilization, if not listen to them both, now listen the first 30-45 seconds of the Phantom pt. 2 remix, sounds familiar huh? Thats because its a slowed down, then sped up version of the intro to Civilization. How has this not been noticed? I mean fans have pointed out all kinds of strange and obscure samples from their tracks, but this was obvious when I first heard the track. So Facepunch, what do you think of Justice sampling a song the would release 4 years after it's intro is heard infront of thousands of fans.

Yes I'm not trying to say that its just from Civilization, its just that other fans have pointed out samples from much less common songs, this should have been noticed by now.
