Hillary Clinton’s once-prohibitive advantage in Iowa has slipped enough to jeopardize her front-runner status and Bernie Sanders has moved to within striking distance, revealing a Democratic presidential field in unexpected flux as Vice President Joe Biden mulls whether to make a late entrance into the race. The results of the latest Bloomberg Politics/Des Moines Register Iowa Poll, released Saturday, show Clinton is now the first choice of 37 percent of likely Democratic caucus-goers in the state where the first ballots of the presidential contest will be cast early in 2016. She's followed by Sanders at 30 percent and Biden at 14 percent. It’s the first time the poll has had Clinton's support under 50 percent. In May, the Iowa Poll put Clinton, a former secretary of state, U.S. senator and first lady, at 57 percent, Sanders at 16 percent, and Biden at 8 percent.
http://www.bloomberg.com/politics/articles/2015-08-29/sanders-within-striking-distance-of-clinton-in-iowa
feel the bern! but unless congress also shifts left he's not going to get much momentum going
I live in Iowa, and I can tell you a lot of my neighbors, at least the ones that are democrats, are for sanders.

And as I am the only one savvy on the electoral campaign in the US from my college, I asked if they supported the Bern And they all answered back with a loud "Hell yeah" Feel the bern 2016!
Holy shit he has a chance If you'd told me he'd had one a year ago I would've laughed
Good. Hillary is shady as all hell. I'd much prefer a Sanders vs. Bush or (Rand) Paul election over a Clinton vs. Bush/Paul election.
Hillary Clinton didn't even start her campaign yet, has she? Once she starts the BIG APPEALS and also once the proper shitshow of throwing dirt at Bernie starts, I sadly doubt he will hold up.
I'm thinking Sanders has a better chance now with all the stuff that is happening on Hillary's side with the email stuff. I hope he gets the primary nomination, he's the only candidate that I see who can fix some of this countries problems.
Everyone needs to keep expectations measured. Clinton is still doing very significantly better than she was at this point in 2008 [t]http://imgkk.com/i/vxxi.png[/t] [t]http://imgkk.com/i/gov9.png[/t]
And I'm sure Bill Bradley polled within striking distance of winning Iowa as well in 1999.
That's because of name recognition tbh. Obviously she's going to be ahead of a pace set by herself previously as a first time runner. Especially by a separate first time runner who is a massive underdog. Wait for the debates and then you can start throwing those polls around
