People like him are the real future talent that gaming companies deserve to have in their ranks. Good for him and I hope more companies keep up the tradition of hiring modders and third party content providers.

Would've expected Bethesda to hire him given that his claim to fame is a Skyrim mod, but good on him nonetheless.

After all, they've had a long history of absorbing projects like this - Counterstrike, Team Fortress, Narbacular Drop, they all had it in common. We can expect more people like him and they really are the diamonds in a sea of glass.

This is great and all, and I'm glad for him, but Bethesda really dropped the ball by not hiring him.

More than well-deserved. Fakaar, while not flawless, is absolutely amazing. The sheer size and amount of work that is easily noticable in every bit from the map itself to the small details is nothing short of fenomenal.

downloading falskaar the two voice audio's I heard sounded better than skyrims modding is a thankless job... except in this case

Not to be a party pooper but a lot of the work was made by other contributors for the project, if I remember correctly he mostly put it all together but a lot of the work was made by other people and while they get credited for the mod, he's the one who gets the job.

Eh, well honestly I take the ratings as judgements on my post, and while yea I'm getting pretty heated up about it, I just hate it when people call me dumb and don't bother to help me not be dumb about my posting. If I could get some genuine advice on how to improve that would be lovely, but no one here seems to want to give me any. And while I know I'm not going to get my hand held when posting on FP it would be great if I wasn't just called dumb and ignored/insulted, yeah I'll do dumb things but getting this much shit for 1 thing (even if it is just ratings.) I feel is stupid. And I ask what I'm doing wrong, and just get given unhelpful replies and ignorance.
