GOG gave my wallet a good home. I feel less violated than I would during a steam sale. Probably because I got more games than I would during a steam sale for the same price. I wish I were a shill. Shill's get paid. All I get is whatever the value in telling the truth brings.

I wonder if it has to do with all of the shit clogging up the Steam Store or the fact that I've been better with spending over the years.
Goodie, still got to pick up the D&D Remade pack!
Eh, fuck it, I'll buy Witcher 1 and 2 for five dollars. [editline]10th June 2015[/editline] Now to figure out what mods are considered essential for the first game...

[editline]10th June 2015[/editline] Now to figure out what mods are considered essential for the first game...
The mod people talk about is for the second game, where the combat has been altered and the items rebalanced. It was made officially by one of the game's developers, so new animations, items, and attacks have been implemented, not just reskins or simple value changes.
none, because the first game is great.
I had a really hard time getting into The Witcher personally, I've heard the same from some other guys I know. Anything you think might help me stay into it?
I just got terraria with the bonus store credit I had racked up previously. thanks GOG!
I had a really hard time getting into The Witcher personally, I've heard the same from some other guys I know. Anything you think might help me stay into it?
For me, i struggles through the prologue. Took me like a month to pick it up again after that. Once i got going again though, it's been a daily affair, and I'm almost finished. It got really engrossing to me
none, because the first game is great.
Eh, I recently played the first one, and while it's still a good game, it hasn't aged the best. Especially since The Witcher 2 was so well received, a new person playing it can't help but think, "Yeah this is good but the sooner it's over I get to the really good game."
