You should watch Cowboy Bebop, Neon Genesis Evangelion, Space Battleship Yamato 2199, Beserk,Ghost in the Shell: Stand Alone Complex and maybe Black Lagoon if action is your thing. Honestly though, you should check out and ask these type of questions at the Fast Anime thread in Fast Threads.
Why does no one ever say what genres they are into.
