Used ME for quite a time and never had a problem.
Same hate bandwagon as with Vista.
I remember getting like, 5 or 6 errors pop ups whenever starting Windows ME. Good times indeed.
The only Windows version I've ever had major problems with were 95 and 8. (8 for system updates)
First family computer had ME, it lacked the USB mass storage drivers so that kinda made it shitty until I found them online.

There was a good reason to hate ME considering the MS backup tool would bring back malware and viruses cleaned off the system
Oh yes, my very first OS. I hated it because it kept crashing my Blue's Clues game.
Nobody here used Windows XP before Service Pack 2?
ME gets a lot of heat, but my grandfather's ME installation lasted until 2011 when he upgraded to a new PC.
Other than a couple DLL errors on boot, it was pretty stable.
I never had the luxury of using ME since I upped from 95 straight to XP. But the old IT guys I work with talk about it with dread, like a war vet having a PTSD episode from remembering a battle or some shit.
Having Windows 2000 released before ME didn't did it any favors too.

As someone who used both Vista and ME, I assure you there was no bandwagon for Vista, it was all deserved.
The only problem I remember ME giving me was how it was full of shit, which wasn't the OS's fault I guess.
Holy shit is this the most 2004 video ever or what
