Man I love a good omelette, and that looked especially delicious.
God that looks fantastic. Some greens and mushrooms would be nice inside of the initial layer, and cheese on the final layer, but fucking hotdamn, I want to make omelets like that now.
I can't call this an omelette, it's more like egg brick.
Rolling the egg while it's still on the pan. fucking genius stuff I want some
I can't call this an omelette, it's more like egg brick.
an egg cake :v:

You guy's want to try some of my omelette? [sp] It's not a sponge [/sp]
Alright then
It's like mashed potato purée.

i've had eggs cooked like this and personally i think it's a bit too dense/spongey. i like my scrambled eggs to be very fluffy. still an impressive method.
Also, some very terrible/good eggs done by culinary students
that looks like too much egg tbh
Serves six***
I've always scrambled my eggs like Gordon Ramsay does:
I've always scrambled my eggs like Gordon Ramsay does:
Same. It's easy and delicious.
If you cook it this way, you can add some milk to fluff it up to make it easier to layer.
The funny thing about omelettes, I always think I would like erm, then when I actually start eating I think "eugh, oh god, so much egg, im going to be sick" Although if its got more veg in like peppers so it doesnt taste so eggy, I actually can finish one.
Now I have to use my chopsticks to scramble my eggs... heh... That looks goddamn delicious though. Maybe I can find some of the stuff next time I go to the Japanese market with my friend... that pan he uses looks interesting, I'd imagine you can make all sortsa stuff in it.
I always eat my egg with potatoes.
As long as I have hot sauce or chili I'm good. I hate them plain. They need extra stuff.
I've always scrambled my eggs like Gordon Ramsay does:
This is how I make my eggs always, it's a really good tip from Gordon not to add seasoning before, it's way better to do it after it's done then mix it. I once made it with butter croissants, it was too sweet and couldn't eat all of it, so a nice chunk of toasted bread is the best option especially because this bread type becomes more crunchy but still soft. I don't like scrambled eggs with anything added to them except chives, pepper and salt, with onion it tastes weird and mushrooms give it a muddy taste so it's best to do it separately.
Not a big fan of omelettes/scrambled eggs. Unless it has bacon and them small sausages that i can't recall the name of right now for some reason. Best thing in the morning. I might die early, but no regrets honestly.
At first I was like, damn that's a lot of oil. :v: Also where can I get a square wok? Never seen one irl
As long as I have hot sauce or chili I'm good. I hate them plain. They need extra stuff.
Being in southern US, I eat my eggs with grits, bacon, and of course, pepper and salt. Best (and only...) way I eat them
these are the best kinds of omelettes. it's basically a burrito, but instead of a tortilla, it's egg. god tier.
